All machinery sold by Everett Equipment is offered strictly AS‑IS and WHERE‑IS. This means:

• No warranties, expressed or implied, are provided regarding condition, performance, or future reliability.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting equipment prior to purchase.
• Once equipment leaves our possession, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.

We encourage all customers to inspect, test, and evaluate any machine before purchase. We are happy to assist with demonstrations, performance checks, and answering questions about service history or potential repairs.

Everett Equipment guarantees that all machines are free from liens, loans, or encumbrances at the time of sale. Clear title is provided upon completion of payment.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to:

• Ask questions about performance, service history, or known repairs
• Bring a mechanic or operator for evaluation if desired

We provide full transparency to help buyers make informed decisions.

• All sales must be paid in full before equipment is released.

• Deposits, when applicable, are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Equipment is sold where‑is, and buyers are responsible for arranging transportation.
• We can assist with loading equipment onto trucks or trailers when feasible.
• Any shipping or hauling arrangements are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

Except for the guarantee of clear title, Everett Equipment provides no warranty on:

• Mechanical condition
• Performance
• Fitness for a particular job
• Future reliability

All sales are final.

Everett Equipment is not liable for:

• Downtime
• Repair costs
• Loss of income
• Transportation delays
• Accidents or damages occurring after pickup

Buyers assume all risks once equipment is purchased.
